Millers Ok Tire Store INC

I went into Millers Ok Tire Store to get two tires for the front of my car. My car is driven out and I go take a look at the two front tires. I began looking at all four tires and noticed that the two tires on the back that I was looking at were not the two tires I had driven there with that morning. I knew instantly considering how dirty the "new" tires were. I was furious because no one in the shop should have been authroized to touch the rear anything on the car. I noticed the brand was blue streak, and I instantly knew I had a pair of Good Year brand tires on the rear. I hesitantly began looking for my reciept for the tires. I found the reciept and there in black and white the print stated that back on January 31, 2009 I purchased 2 Good Year brand tires-for the rear- from Millers Ok Tire Store on Gardner Blvd, which reassured me I was not crazy. When comfronted the manager of the store denied the claims, saying that it never happened and stated that the reciept was not pro more

I found out that I needed to buy 4 new tires the day before I left to drive home to my parents alone with my 4 kids. The trip was going to take me down 2 lane highways, not interstates, so I was nervous anyway. That day I went by to get the tires but they were booked solid. I couldn't sit there for 2 hours with 4 kids so I had to leave. The manager told me that he would take care of me first thing in the morning personally. And he did! I showed up right when they opened with the kids as we were on our way out of town. He let us stay in the car buckled in their car seats and watching a movie while he put the new tires on. We were on our way in 20 minutes tops! more
