Review content:
We just bought a new dining room and bedroom set, to include new mattress from Belfort and so far have been nothing but happy. We do not buy furniture often, as it is often such a tedious experience. Belfort's selection is fantastic, though it is spread out among many buildings. We ended up buying one set from clearance -- great deal -- and ordering the dining set from "Basics" and the mattress from the "Mattress Store." Our salesperson -- Nancy -- has worked there for years, in most of the departments, and knows them VERY well. She was able to help us all along, and knew what was in the other departments. She handled all of the ordering, between departments, and was very patient.
We took delivery of the first part of our order yesterday, and it went very well. They gave me a three-hour window, and then gave me an hour call-ahead. Delivery men was very professional and efficient.
I am surprised by the number of negative reviews on here. From our optic, we could not have
