My wife and I purchased a very expensive mattress at Belfort Furniture on the advice of their expert mattress salesperson, Jackie. She assured us that the mattress we purchased was the highest quality and best choice for someone who has had past back trouble. Two weeks after the mattress was delivered the mattress developed deep indentations and multiple lumps and valleys. Every morning I woke up with back pain and fatigue. When I called Jackie she told me it would be no problem the store would take care of us and see that we had a proper replacement. That never happened. The manager I spoke to said there was nothing wrong with the mattress, although she refused to come out and check it. She told me that I should never have purchased the mattress as it was not suitable for someone with a history of back trouble. When I reminded her that her salesperson recommended this mattress, she ignored that and said there was nothing the store would do. We spent $2,500 for a mattress that we canno
