Review content:
Never again will I buy another piece of furniture from Belfort. In April 2008 we purchased a 'Craft Master' sectional sofa for our media room - cost $2,400. Let me tell you, no master worked on this one. Right away we noticed the signs of poor workmanship. The fabric was not stretched over the frame correctly and pulled to one side. The seat cushions were not wrapped with cotton lining which causes the cushion covers to shift on the cushion. You never know where you will find the seam or zipper. The back cushions appeared to be insufficienty filled and make the sofa look like it is 10 years old.
Well this is what we noticed right from the start. However, one week into our ownership we noticed that we had a rip in the seam on of the armrest and a hole in of the back cushions. we called Belfort and they sent their repair man about 2-3 weeks later. The repair man was able to fix the arm, however he said he had to order a replacement for the cushion cover. Belfort customer service call
