Review content:
I brought my rescue dog there for an initial visit. The staff was not very nice at all and Dr. Earle was snarky as can be. He prescribed him Vectra even though we asked for something else and charged us for a stool sample that we never brought to him. That night we applied the Vectra and our dog had such a bad neurological allergic reaction that we had to rush him to the veterinary emergency room at 3am. I called the vet the next day (he was closed the day he had the reaction) to tell them and they didn't seem to care, not even asking how he was. When I called them a few weeks later and spoke to the ""office manager"" to tell her I had another vet and needed his heartworm test results faxed over to the new vet, she hung up on me. We also asked for a refund for the stool sample that we never took in and she told us we could not get a refund but we had to bring his sample in anyway.\r

Stay away from them!
