I have been pretty unhappy with the way the trash is collected. Most of the time, there's something left in the bottom of the trash barrels All of the time, the lids are strewn all over the place. Two weeks ago (or maybe it's 3 by now), a lid was apparently tossed into the trash truck, and I have been asking that a new barrel be provided to replace the one I can no longer use. I've called Capitol Waste at least 5 times and the City's Public Works Dept another 2 or 3. So far, although I keep being promised a replacement, nothing has happened.
