A few days ago the installer completed my new floor and it looks fabulous! A week ago when I contacted Major Brand Floors I didn't know what kind of flooring to get. I knew I wanted wood floors and at Major Brand Floors I met Chris.
At the time I was in a full back brace, so walking around their showroom was difficult for me. Chris brought the flooring to me rather than having me go to where the flooring was displayed in the showroom. After looking at flooring I selected a high quality cherry flooring with great looks and durability. Chris told me about the types of underlayment to use underneath my flooring and I chose the type of underlayment I wanted.
The entire Major Brand Floors team answered my questions and provided background information about the flooring. The store has low prices, which was a priority for me because I was on a tight budget. When it came down to me choosing where to buy my flooring, the quality of flooring, low prices, and direct responses that Major Brand floors provided separated them from other businesses. I chose to do business with Major Brand Floors.
After I bought the flooring, throughout the installation process I continued to have questions about this and about that. I came back to the store several times to ask questions and the Major Brand Floors team never hesitated to provide me immediate answers.
When I saw the installed floor for the first time, it was breathtaking. I nearly hugged my installer. The flooring looked gorgeous and I was so happy. The quality of the finished product was in the details. For example, my Cherry flooring needed to transition to carpet in one area of the house, and the flooring needed to transition to vinyl in another area of the house. The trim details were obtained at Major Brand Floors and the trim was colored to match the flooring exactly for a professional transition.
Major Brands had all the flooring, transitions and trim details in stock. They had everything that my flooring project needed. My installer liked working with Major Brand Floors also. He phoned Major Brand Floors a couple of times during the installation and the team at Major Brand Floors answered all of his questions. I have nothing but good to say about Major Brand Floors.
Now I see why Major Brand Floors was in business for more than 64 years: it's their service. I've got another floor I'm doing soon and I will be going back to Major Brand Floors. I have told my friends and family to go to Major Brand Floors and ask for Chris!
