My husband and i are new to the Denver area, we were told to get outside of the Denver city limits to really enjoy the view, well we ended up at Simms Steakhouse. This place had the ambiance instills a feeling of eligance and the staff was very professional, yet down to earth, made it easy to trust their suggestions on the menu and really enjoy ourselves. We started with the Scallop appetizer, it was light yet flavorful. Next I was temped by the lobster bisque. For my entree I enjoyed the petite filet with the king crab oscar, accompanied by the potatoes au gratin! sooooo goooooodddd!!! The filet just about melted in my mouth. The management was very friendly and invited us back to enjoy happy hour, monday through friday with great deals on their lounge food. Over all it was truely a great experience one that I'm glad we moved to Denver to get to enjoy!\r
