We experienced horrible, horrible service...funeral director was Doug.\r
Numerous mistakes (they published the obituary with incorrect date/time for the funeral, for one example), and there was just a complete lack of compassion and attention to detail. This place did nothing more than make a horrible time in our lives much worse and much more stressful. \r
Just horrible. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
