We experienced horrible, horrible service...funeral director was Doug.\r Numerous mistakes (they published the obituary with incorrect date/time for the funeral, for one example), and there was just a complete lack of compassion and attention to detail. This place did nothing more than make a horrible time in our lives much worse and much more stressful. \r Just horrible. Avoid, avoid, avoid. more

This is in regards to Suzanne P., Your cousin was obviously going to be cremated, and the family was just coming in to do an id viewing. This is what most funeral homes do, they are not going to put a person in a new casket just so the family can come in and ID. Was your cousin embalmed? I doubt it. The only fault I would see on the funeral homes part was not letting the family know what to expect before taking them in to see their loved one. But they may have... more

Great Staff! 4/18/2009

This funeral home took care of all the arrangements for a family member of mine. They were great. The Staff showed lots of compassion, and made things much easier then planning a funeral should ever be. The funeral director we had was a very nice professional young man by the name of Jarred. He paid great attention to detail, and made us feel very comfortable when picking out things for the funeral like the flowers, casket, sign in book, and programs. He was not pushy at all like some funeral homes are. I have told everyone I know how great Jarred and the rest of the Staff were. The funeral service was beautiful. The Funeral Director even helped us pick out music, and find a Minister for the funeral. \r \r If you ever have to experience the loss of a loved one I would definately give this funeral home a call. Jarred and Cathy I believe are the two funeral directors that helped us out. Pros: Staff with Warm Hearts more

VERY SAD 8/20/2008

I went to view my cousin and I was so upset when I went into the room and she was laying on a gurney and the funereal home did not even try and cover the silver collapsible legs or the wheels. The guest book was not even out for people to sign nor were her... In memory of, cards out. I just can not believe that they would be so heartless or uncaring to just have wheeled her in a room and that's it. VERY, VERY, DISRESPECTFUL for the family. The funereal home should be very ashamed of themselves, what if that was their mother, sister, cousin, or friend. I really don't think that they would appreciate it. more
