I was lured into this office because as a new mom I was easily convinced while recovering in the maternity ward, doctors from this office routinely search for new customers in Sarasota Memorial. Yes you are nothing but customers to them. They are there to make money, which is OK, but my problem is they do not put your child's well fare as a top priority. Don't expect to get advice from a nurse over the phone, but do expect to get impatient grouchy Dr. Murphy while you are calling at 10pm with your 1st child in your arms crying from gastroesophageal reflux. She told me ""if this is going to be a extended session we will have to bill you. well you should just go to ER if the child's very upset."" instead of giving me any of the many remedies now I know of. If you do go there, word of advice, ask for a receipt for any payment you made, they won't give it to you when you hand over your money. and I've been paying copay for almost a year while my insurance company been covering certain type of care for 100% all these time. And GOOD LUCK with getting your money back, matter of fact GOOD LUCK if you can get a live person over the phone, unless you are calling to make an appointment. Sorry for the long review but Your Children Deserve much better.
