Got home last night and turned on my AC only to find out it wasn't blowing cold air. In the morning I called a reputable company that does a lot of work where I live (unfortunately found out about them AFTER I called Central Jersey Appliance LLC two years ago, May 31st 2011). Advised the HVAC this morning that I had a problem 2 years ago I used Service Magic to find a repairmen. CJA LLC called be back to come and take a look at the unit. I was advised at that time that my unit was 10 lbs low on freon which costs $40/pound and then would be a $100 labor fee for 15 minutes of work ... $535.10 after tax!!! Well, the HVAC this morning advised me my unit only holds FIVE pounds of freon much to my dismay! These people are CROOKS and should be ashamed of themselves for stealing money from good people that are looking for fair service. I wish I researched them and the specs of my unit more carefully. Now I'm getting my entire system replaced for $5000+ and these thieves will NEVER get my business again but will ALWAYS have their name spread in vain to everyone I know.
