Review content:
I was in the labor ward as an outpatient being tested for some medical emergency. I was made to wait in the labor room by a nurse names Tami while they get ready to do some tests. Since I was pregnant, I needed an extra pillow to support my back while I lay on the bed as I was suffering from severe back pain. There was only one pillow on the bed so my husband went out to ask the nurse for an extra pillow. Nurse was chatting with other people in the murses station and she told my husband she will bring the pillow. We waited for 30 mins and there was no sign of her. I used the one pillow I had to support my back and I started getting neck pain as I have spondlites. My husband went out again to remind the nurse about the pillow. She was still chatting with other nuses there and did not make any attempt to get an extra pillow. We were shocked by the treatment we got there and wondered what it would be like if we go in during actual labor. after an hour of waiting my husband asked another nurse for the pillow and we finally got it. Both my neck and back was very sore because of the uncomfortable state they made us wait there. We almost walked out of that hospital. We are very unhappy with this experience.
