To make long story short. This man so called Doctor kept encouraging me to have blepharoplasty when it wasn't necessary at all. Post surgery, the result was horrific and worst than before so either his very incompetent or tricked me into having the unnecessary surgery. He became very tempermental and defensive when I merely questioned the results. He then started to lie and deny everything. If you're reading this realize that one complaint like this should send you else where. There are many doctors who has integrity and genuine care for their patients which in this case Elbert Cheng lacks. Please do your research and stay away from this con-artist. He's a liar and a fraud. He'll try to sell you something all for the benefit to make money off of you and complete disregard for your health or your welfare. I can honestly say he's a dangerous evil man with a medical license to practice fraud.
