Thao and her husband Tom are absolutely phenomenal!! We had Green Mangos do our catering at the James J. Hill Reference Library for our July 20th wedding. I received and am still receiving compliments of how amazing the food was at our reception. I filled out contact information on their website and a couple of hours later Thao contacted me right away. \r

My fiancé and I were unsure about what we wanted to do for our reception, but from our first meeting Thao helped and guided us through every step of the way! I loved how they were able to create anything that we wanted. I also loved how our food wasn't your typical reception food. I wanted to create a mix of our families heritage we had an Italian Asian fusion buffet with Indonesian Platter (seasonal vegetables, Asian chips, and apples), Jasmine Rice, Shrimp Thai Curry, Linguine Bolognese, and Chili garlic noodles for vegetarians! Everyone that I talked to said that are wedding, reception, and food represented us! That is exactly what we wanted! We didn't want something cookie cutter we wanted us! \r

Thao, Tom, and Green Mango Staff go above and beyond any expectation my fiancé and I had! Everyone was so professional and organized I could not have asked for a more exceptional catering company! I truly believe that this is one of the best catering companies in the Twin Cities. It was the perfect day with the perfect food!! If we had to do it all over again we wouldn't change a thing!! \r
