Review content:
I called Auto Max this morning to try and get my Outlander in to check the battery. They were very nice on the phone and said to come on over. When I arrived, Charlie at the front desk was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He said they'd take a look. In less than 20 minutes he had the diagnosis - just need a new battery, thank goodness. He gave me a clear diagnosis and quote. I said go ahead - how long will it take? He said 15 more minutes. AWESOME. My car started up like it was brand new. \r

Take reviews with a grain of salt, people. And if you get nasty in a review, chances are I wouldn't like the same things as you anyway!
