Best Buy is located at 2800 N. Central Expressway and is just about a five minute walk away from the DART Bus/Train station (Parker Road Station) . The strong advantage that Best Buy has over his competition is the cheerful ambience of the place making it the most ideal place to shop for electronics/appliances during rush hour. Their product availability is their disadvantage as it seems to be moderate as they are a medium sized store. Everything seems alive at that store. They also have a dedicated home theater department (Magnolia). They have one of the stronger technical support department made possible by "Geeks On Call" because they come to your house/business as well as allow for drop-off. They have the standard customer feedback system where the customer logs on to the website and fills out a survey. The pricing at Best Buy is competitive. It is my impression that Best Buy trys to be more of a customer-focused type of tech store (which is good). Their bright ambience sure goes a long way in working towards that goal.
