Had to replace the dc jack on my dell. Great that my computer crapped on me days before my video project was due. Called Mr. Notebook and they said they would have to have to have my computer for 9-10 days!!! Stumbled across these guys on the internet and glad I did- they finished the job by the next morning and even took some time to make my computer faster! Now theres not a near as bad as lag whenever im working on my video compilations. Dont know that they did but they definitely work the magic on my computer Mike even took the time to give me a few pointers on how to prevent the jack from getting messed up again. These guys rock! Definitely coming back if i run into problems again.
Pros: Fast! everything works better than when it came from dell factory
