I rented from this company first of all because I called too late to order a water slide for my party. But anyways I figure whats the difference just this once but felt bad since Im a loyal customer of other company. When I received this water slide I needed to provide my own extention cord. Which thank god I had one long enough. I was not told I needed this before hand. Then they tell me just connect the hose and your alset. So they next day my husband goes to connect the hose. NO HOSE WAS PROVIDED ON THE SLIDE. And all the hose loops were torn. So here my husband goes to Lowes to but a hose to attach to our hose and clip it with chip clips cause the loops like I said were ripped. Called the 10 times, no answer and no voice mail. The next day when they return to pick it up the owner said well bring in your receipt and Ill reimburse you for the hose and stuff. R U kidding me. I would never rent from these people again. To boot, the slide arrived dirty and there were small holes everywhere. Horrible company.
