I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with everyone that I had with franks. they make my parties every year stress free and easy, as they have great product o choose form and great service to go along with it. I have 4 kids to chase around and a lot of birthday parties in my house, and the first call is always franks rentals. My family and friends use franks as well and they r as happy as I am\r more

Terrible experience! Delivered slide for a surprise birthday party 4 1/2 hours late, delivered WRONG slide, never answered calls, emails or even called back and to top it off, they charged more than $160 than quoted. I hope they have competition in the area....maybe they should take some courses about how to run a business and learn some customer service skills. more

I rented from this company first of all because I called too late to order a water slide for my party. But anyways I figure whats the difference just this once but felt bad since Im a loyal customer of other company. When I received this water slide I needed to provide my own extention cord. Which thank god I had one long enough. I was not told I needed this before hand. Then they tell me just connect the hose and your alset. So they next day my husband goes to connect the hose. NO HOSE WAS PROVIDED ON THE SLIDE. And all the hose loops were torn. So here my husband goes to Lowes to but a hose to attach to our hose and clip it with chip clips cause the loops like I said were ripped. Called the 10 times, no answer and no voice mail. The next day when they return to pick it up the owner said well bring in your receipt and Ill reimburse you for the hose and stuff. R U kidding me. I would never rent from these people again. To boot, the slide arrived dirty and there were small holes everywhere. Horrible company. more

This was the first time that I ever had to rent from a rental company. I am SO glad that I chose Frank's!! It was for my dauighters baby shower and I wanted everything to be perfect. Thanks to Frank and his wonderfully professional staff, it was. Everything was sparkling clean and worked perfect. The staff and customer service department were all so helpful and extremely curtious. Lori, in customer service, helped me choose the items I would need and also talked me out of those that I would not, I was going a bit over board. She spent time and did not make me feel rushed. I think that people should always take the time to post good experiences. 95% of the time reviews only get posted if they are negative ones. I for one will only ever use Franks rental for all of my rental needs. Thanks again for making the day a little more special! more

Rented a waterslide for a MS Fundraiser for $444.00 which was told during equiptment setup this included delivery and pickup charges. Slide was dropped on on Friday Aug 12th and not picked up tilll Wed Aug 17th and the owner an unproffessional, mouthrunnin monster tells me I need to pay $40 more to have them pick it up i disagreed with her and instead of working it out she talks down to me and got loud, i compromised yesterday on the phone to give her $20 and they still didnt show up!! Franks Rental can eat that $40 and buisness from myself and anyone I know! Make sure you ask about Renters fee, pick up and delivery fee, and if you have an idea of where u want the slide to be forget it they put it wherever they want it, also if your only planning on one day of rental you may get it for 6 days, and if you live in apartment duplex like i do, be prepared to have to pay for new grass. more

I love the fact that they were very patient with helping my with my event needs. the service is very heart felt. I almost feel like family when I go there. Pros: very nice ppl. Cons: there are no cons...good at what they do more

I rented several Inflatables for my daughter's Communion. Both kids and adults enjoyed. Staff was knowledgeable and service from delivery/set-up to pick-up was perfect. I would not hesitate renting all my party needs from Frank's Rentals. Pros: Service, knowledgeable Staff, Great Products more

The owners state all sales are final, even if you rent a broken piece of equipment!!! One of the worse places I have ever dealt with! It is not an honest business! Pros: No refunds for broken equiptment! Cons: Equiptment is JUNK! more

They offer outstanding choices for rentals; and along with great service, delivery, set up and take down, they are all helpful and nice. Pros: All it takes is a phone call more
