So after an entire days journey to go to the eye doctor I found out that this one institute David Kleiman Eye Center could not operate on me, which was the very first thing I asked the scheduler so that this very situation would not happen. And what was their excuse? The scheduler does not know medical conditions. And why would the office continue the appointment after discussion of the condition? And why would David Kleiman then dilate my eyes and conduct an entire exam? I know why! Because I got a bill one month later for my exam, that’s why. When I called to ask why I had received a bill for a completely exam Dr. David Kleiman told me that it is only complementary if you have the surgery. Well, I would but you would do it and I never signed anything agreeing to that.
