It's pretty good when the company has to write reviews on their own business. I would strongly suggest you NOT do any business with Ionia muffler man. They can't even do a simple oil change without screwing up a customers car. Now we need a new motor after a $15 oil change. Oh and under new management again. There's a reason this place keeps changing hands and its not a good reason. \r

Just like the previous post, the new management will say they are not shady like the previous management. How many times does it take to make the same business a successful one, with good customer service? With Ionia muffler man.......... WE will NEVER know! This place needs to be shut down and turned into a parking lot. I will be calling the BBB and will be filing suite against them.
