I used Houndstooth carpet cleaning because I recently returned to my home after a 4 year absence and needed my carpets cleaned quickly. The tenants who lived in my home during my absence, left the carpets extremely dirty with pet urine and other very dark nasty stains. I actually thought my only choice was to replace all the carpet but that would have been too expensive. I read all the reviews and was very nervous about calling Houndstooth because the reviews weren't good even though the coupon stated they had an A+ rating. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The technician was very professional and friendly. He pre-treated all the stains and cleaned 8 rooms and stairs in less than 2 hours. The carpet looks AMAZING and it cost was a fraction of what I normally spend with the higher priced national chains. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
