I contacted this company 10 days ago and set up a specialized haul and was told today was the first available day by the dispatcher Eugene . I called yesterday to confirm and was told that the driver/owner John would be there between 830 - 900 . I showed up at 800 and at 900 no one had called or shown up yet . I called the dispatcher and there was no answer . I tried to call John and his phone was off until 1005 . I had reached the dispatcher around 915 and he told me that John had a out of town run and was on his way back . I talked to John at 1005 and he told me that the truck had been in the shop since yesterday . I still don't know what really happen . I had to contract a different company that showed up within a hour . I had several conversations with both John and Eugene throughout the day about what went wrong and didn't get any real straight answers . I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PROFESSIONALISM AND THERE LACK OF COMMUNICATION !!!!!!!!!! I WOULD BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A TIME SENSITIVE SPECIALIZED HAUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!
