LIARS, CROOKS AND THIEVES!! Dealing with the people at Autorama has been a nightmare!! Our car was hit by a taxi and the police called Autorama to have our car towed. We are from out of town and they totally took advantage of us. The insurance did not want the car to be fixed there. First they gave me a tow charge of $4000 to bring it to Ohio when all the tow companies in Ohio quoted me between $1100-$1500. Then they wouldnt accept my credit card over the phone to pay the bill and release the car to the transport company. When I told them I was from out of town and couldnt get there I was told ""Well, that's your problem"". SERIOUSLY??? Then they wouldnt accept a check from the insurance and said they only took cash or money orders. That is crazy!! They were rude, overpriced and totally terrible! Dont go here!!
