Brought my car here, at the suggestion of a friend. I was extremely nervous because I don't know anything about cars and didn't know if I was being overcharged (being laid off, I was weary of the cost). I had lots of questions. I met David and he was extremely patient. My car needed quite a bit of work and he explained everything that needed to be done, which parts should be fixed immediately and which parts we had a little more time with, what everything did and the breakdown of cost. AND, the best part, when I picked up my car, it had been washed! I am very appreciative of the service I received from David and the crew at AutoAid.\r
