Very poor experience, I was seen by PA Denise Criss, when I questioned a procedure she wanted that I felt was overboard she became frustrated and did not want to explain why the procedure was needed, her demeanor changed quickly, she became rude and rushed the remainder of the appointment. I did not feel heard. \r
Also poor communication in the nursing department when I received a phone call with test results. The nurse brushed off my concern, when I asked to speak with Dr. Nixxon I was told he was busy that she would talk to him and call me back. I stated that I would prefer to speak with him. Long pause and I was told again he was busy. Overall I did not feel treated like a human and I will not go back.
