Review content:
The service department always quotes me different prices for the same thing and it's always higher than Boardwalk Audi. I feel they are dishonest and they do not care about their customers whatsever. I've actually caught them lying to me before. \r \r One time, I took my car in for service and Tim (he's scandalous..watch out) told me the cost plus it was going to be $125.00 to fix my radio (it was just flashing red and not turning on). I was shocked, but I paid it because I really wanted my radio on. \r \r A couple of months my radio did the SAME thing. I was in Plano so I took it to Boardwalk. The service guys were so friendly and told me the problem. It was a simple button I had to push to reset it! Anyone can do it and there is no maintanence whatsoever. \r \r I was charged $125.00 for a simple push of the button to reset my radio at UP Audi...pretty bad. I'm writing this review for all women out there. We can often be taken advantage of in the world of dealerships and this place is nowhere for a girl to go. They are dishonest and take advantage of people's ignorance. I am even thinking about calling corporate...I really think the manager doesn't care about reviews or his customers. Please, if you have had a similar experience, please call and complain. Something has to be done. \r \r Thank you!\r \r P.S. I think the citysearch website has all the dealership employees posting or something...it sounds so fake ...try yelp to get the real deal. \r
