I agree totally with the first review. The staff at Best Dental are very unprofessional and lack a great deal of customer service skills. I arrived 10 minutes late after calling to let them know I would be a little late and I got nothing but ATTITUDE. The office staff was talking about me behind my back (IN PLAN ENGLISH)! I should have left right away, but they were the only office available to take me before the end of the year. Now I see why they had openings! I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy. Best Dental provided the Worst Dental service I have ever experienced! I didn't want to give them one star, but it was required in order for me to post my warning to you. BEWARE
Pros: They had dental appointments available in December.
Cons: Unprofessional staff, lack supervisory skills, and need to attend customer service training.
