Not only did they ask my daughter for her Social Security #( which I have no idea why a dentist office needed her SS# being a cash paying client), but they have changed their policies so much that, you have to pay before they do anything to you. You pay for the initial exam, and then after the exam, they tell you what you need to do , then you have to get up and pay for it before you get it done- very inconvenient. They told her how much it was going to be, but it ended up being a lot more than what was quoted. She felt very uncomfortable, and felt as if the staff was only out for her money, and made that very clear. They even talked about her behind my back in Spanish, which is very rude to me, considering she could hear her name along with other talk she could not understand. All in All, I will NEVER go back, and never take my family there, and I will be telling EVERYONE I KNOW not to go because they were extremely rude and not people oriented at all. The Dr.'s have shed their responsibility with the office, and separate themselves from that department all together. That goes to show how divided they all are, and how the Dr.'s can wipe their hands clean from any issues other than the actual procedure. I think that they need to see the experience all the way through, because if you are unhappy with the office, then consequently, you are unhappy with the Dr.'s, because they don't try and make your visit with the office a better one.
Cons: They tell you false quote to get you into the office, they are rude and totally unprofessional.
