Review content:
I am also writing to confirm other clients negative reviews and rebut what the CEO of the company is claiming. He claims that Member Solutions collects money on behalf of their clients. I know that this is false. I have done some research and have found that they actually buy the contract from the gym, martial arts studio, etc. Because they do this they are trying to recover their cost by refusing to honor the contract. My son has not attended in 7 months and the studio has NEVER contacted me except to continue to send emails regarding events, etc. if they were not being paid they would sent notice. Member Solutions has had me and my son's doctor jumping through hoops as they try to find any way they can to bind me to the contract. My son was diagnosed with a chronic neurological condition and was advised not to continue tae Kwon do. I have sent 4 letters of intent to cancel, original doctors note, copy of the contract, 12 pages of personal medical information, copies of the FL statute that proves they are in breach of the contract and information regarding their threat to affect my credit and that this malicious behavior could lead to a lawsuit. They sent me overdue bills, threatening emails and phone calls for 5 months. Finally they have stopped harassing me but now I am forced to check my credit every few weeks to make sure they are not trying to damage it. In a way I hope they try...then I would have a lawsuit in the bag! NEVER sign a contract with them!!! What I have written here is only the tip of the iceberg.
