Review content:
With a rather long criminal record and a pair of new felonies, I needed a lawyer who could ""walk on water."" After meeting with 3-4 different law firms, and hours of research, the choice was easy. Mr. Xaiz offered me the fairest retainer fee of all the different attorneys, and of course I was curious to see if Mr. Xaiz could truly ""walk on water."" It didn't take long to see Mr. Xiaz in action. When you don't have a good case to bring to trial, and your are a repeat offender, I have found it best to hire an attorney to hide behind and do all the talking. With Mr. Xaiz as my front man, I was able to hide behind his years, and years of expertise and more important his impeccable reputation at the 3rd district courthouse. Mr. Xaiz is a man of his word, and someone to look up to, even if you are on the other side of the law. When it was all said and done even I felt like I was ""walking on water,"" as I floated right out of the courtroom with a very reasonable plea bargain resolution. And as to the previous comment about Mr. Xaiz not returning calls, as of April 10, 2012 I can honestly say that I was the one that was harder to get a hold of. I fell through 3 times on my initial consultation appointment and Mr. Xaiz was extremely patient with me, and as far as the free consultation goes, he spoke with me for quite some time with seemingly no concern about time or money. And even after the case was over his office help is super, super on top of things as well. So I can now say for sure that the comment about Xaiz running with your money and not returning calls simply is not true. Yes he is busy, but his office staff is more than capable of handling his light work. I'm convinced the previous comment must have came from another, less gifted, attorney, hoping to scare some of Earls business their way.
