Yengich, Rich & Xaiz

With a rather long criminal record and a pair of new felonies, I needed a lawyer who could ""walk on water."" After meeting with 3-4 different law firms, and hours of research, the choice was easy. Mr. Xaiz offered me the fairest retainer fee of all the different attorneys, and of course I was curious to see if Mr. Xaiz could truly ""walk on water."" It didn't take long to see Mr. Xiaz in action. When you don't have a good case to bring to trial, and your are a repeat offender, I have found it best to hire an attorney to hide behind and do all the talking. With Mr. Xaiz as my front man, I was able to hide behind his years, and years of expertise and more important his impeccable reputation at the 3rd district courthouse. Mr. Xaiz is a man of his word, and someone to look up to, even if you are on the other side of the law. When it was all said and done even I felt like I was ""walking on water,"" as I floated right out of the courtroom with a very reasonable plea bargain resolution. And as to the previous comment about Mr. Xaiz not returning calls, as of April 10, 2012 I can honestly say that I was the one that was harder to get a hold of. I fell through 3 times on my initial consultation appointment and Mr. Xaiz was extremely patient with me, and as far as the free consultation goes, he spoke with me for quite some time with seemingly no concern about time or money. And even after the case was over his office help is super, super on top of things as well. So I can now say for sure that the comment about Xaiz running with your money and not returning calls simply is not true. Yes he is busy, but his office staff is more than capable of handling his light work. I'm convinced the previous comment must have came from another, less gifted, attorney, hoping to scare some of Earls business their way. more

Earl Xaiz is one of the best crminal lawyers that I know and from my 20 years of experience in law enforcemnt I have met and worked with, and against a lot of them.\r As most good laywers are very difficult to reach and not available for baby sitting their clients, I know that I would hire one that is busy and in court everyday than the one that is just sitting around in his office waiting for the phone to ring.\r I could give you a hugh list of former clients of Earl Xaiz that feel like the guy walks on water. I am not sure that they would be happy with me listing their names here so I will not do it, but I do know them. more

Brad Rich is the best! We never would have made it through our ordeal without him. He is confident, competent, and has a fantastic intuition. He is a bit pricey, but WORTH EVERY PENNY! You don't want to mess around with shoddy lawyers when it comes to criminal defense. \r I read the bad review about Xais, and I have no experience with him, so I have no comment on that. As far as Yengich goes, we heard from several different people that he has been nick-named ""The Terminator"" (in the positive connotation) and if you're in the deepest of deep trouble, he's a great choice. As far as I know, Yengich has the highest retainer fee in the firm, but you're making a statement just by hiring him. \r We were actually referred to Brad Rich by a relative who knew him personally. We had dealt with a bad attorney earlier in our case and changing to Brad was the single best choice we've ever made. Trust me when I say that the way he handled himself in the courtroom was both impressive and comforting. I hope we never need a criminal defense attorney again, but if I do or ever know anyone who does, I will send them to Rich or Yengich. Bradley P. Rich is the absolute best attorney I have came across in my husbands and mine 12 month ordeal. He really did all he could to help us. No matter what you do don?t use this law office! Earl Xaiz is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. Xaiz literally takes your money and then refuses to talk to you. He can never be reached. He won?t take your calls, he won?t see you, he's completely unavailable. Can you imagine giving someone thousands of dollars up front and then they do absolutely nothing, won?t talk to you, won't return calls, won?t meet with you, they just dodge you. You would be better served flushing your money down the toilet than hiring Earl Xaiz. I?m not exaggerating; this guy will take your money and run.
