This bridal shop has the worst customer service that you could possibly receive. I was completely displeased with my experience with them today. I went with my sister in law, to be, to pick up her wedding dress, what I thought was going to be a delightful experience was extremely far from it. When we first got there, an associate made it sound as if something was horribly wrong with her dress, and that two other associates would be out shortly to speak with her. When the associates finally came out to speak to my future sister in law it was not to discuss anything about her dress, is was to tag team her and yell at her for a review she had posted 3 days prior ( the day she was originally supposed to get her dress). I was in complete disbelief to what was going on in front of my very eyes. The “manager” or lack of was EXTREMLY unprofessional, she did not once apologize for what she had put my future sister in law through, but yet wanted to know why in the review she didn’t talk about the quality of her dress. Really?! First of all, the reasons for reviews are to help your business; if you can’t handle constructive criticisms then maybe a new profession should be considered. Secondly, I don’t care how upset a situation may make you feel, you NEVER!! Confront a customer in that manor and definitely not in front of potential customers! The best part is after they made her feel as if though her experience was false we had to turn around and go back because THEY forgot to put her sash in with the dress. Unreal! Just a word of advice to brides to be, don’t even bother, the only thing that this place will create is a headache for you!
