This bridal shop has the worst customer service that you could possibly receive. I was completely displeased with my experience with them today. I went with my sister in law, to be, to pick up her wedding dress, what I thought was going to be a delightful experience was extremely far from it. When we first got there, an associate made it sound as if something was horribly wrong with her dress, and that two other associates would be out shortly to speak with her. When the associates finally came out to speak to my future sister in law it was not to discuss anything about her dress, is was to tag team her and yell at her for a review she had posted 3 days prior ( the day she was originally supposed to get her dress). I was in complete disbelief to what was going on in front of my very eyes. The “manager” or lack of was EXTREMLY unprofessional, she did not once apologize for what she had put my future sister in law through, but yet wanted to know why in the review she didn’t talk about the quality of her dress. Really?! First of all, the reasons for reviews are to help your business; if you can’t handle constructive criticisms then maybe a new profession should be considered. Secondly, I don’t care how upset a situation may make you feel, you NEVER!! Confront a customer in that manor and definitely not in front of potential customers! The best part is after they made her feel as if though her experience was false we had to turn around and go back because THEY forgot to put her sash in with the dress. Unreal! Just a word of advice to brides to be, don’t even bother, the only thing that this place will create is a headache for you! more

My daughter wanted to use a local dress shop. Being on Main Street this was her first stop. Right from the start she was given the cold shoulder. With an empty shop she was told all she could try on was two dresses without an appointment. Feeling we were not welcome and the store keeper not willing to sell dress’s we left. \r \r I decided to bring her to a real wedding dress retailer were we bought the perfect dress without an appointment. She was treated as a princess. \r \r My advice is look elsewhere for a dress seller and stay away from this shop. \r more

I had an unfortunate experience at this store. The entire bridal party had come together from all over the country and in addition drove 45 minutes to reach the store because they carried a certain designer in which we were interested. Instead of being accomodating and personal (as stated on the web site), the staff refused to help us unless we expressed intent to purchase from them. In fact, they wouldn't even take measurements unless we placed an order. Because of these things and the poor attitude of the staff, the atmosphere was not inviting like one might expect. \r \r The only concern of this staff is to push the customer to order. On multiple occasions during our visit we felt as if we were being pressured to make decisions. I would never recommend visiting this store for your bridal needs. more
