My experience with optimum is not a positive one. I live in Laguna Niguel VNT and our HOA employed optimum to manage our association.\r

They do not enforce CC&R's, and it takes 2-3 emails to get a response from them. That is if you are lucky to get a reply at all. Our property manager C.O. (initials) is extremely rude, does not take care of the issues; all the ""help"" you get from her is a few sarcastic emails. Makes one wonder how the business survives.\r

You would think if you contact her immediate supervisor things would get somewhat better. Well, not really...all you get back is...nothing.\r

Overall, they are not doing their job, managers are rude and unprofessional; if you are a HOA and looking for a company to manage your association, you'll be better looking elsewhere. Our community used to be nice, safe and clean...not anymore.
