Review content:
I rely on MetroAir to service our home. They are professional and sorted out a mess left by a Home Warranty contractor. Last week I lost AC, called 3 companies to service the unit, MetroAir came out first, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and scheduled to come back to install the parts. I called other companies discussed MetroAir's diagnosis they couldn't get the parts any sooner or provide better pricing for the repair.\r

Home Warranty's cause more issues than they resolve, they are HMO's for home maintenance and outsource to private contractors dictating part pricing, ordering, hourly rates, what can and can't be done to resolve issues. Most warranty policies put band-aides on appliances/systems when they should be replaced or upgraded. Ever wonder why a Home Warranty costs $400/yr and only charges $75/service call.
