Review content:
I went in with my husband and our 3 children to buy a newer used vehicle in September 2013. We were not sure what we wanted when we got there, but Leon was great at helping us figure out what we could get that would fit in our budget and we ended up buying a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. My husband loves his truck and all in all it was the best used car buying experience we have had out of the ones we have bought so far, but if I were to complain about anything it would be the time it took to get the paperwork done after we decided on the truck. It took over an hour for the paperwork to get done so that we could get back to see the manager who goes over the paperwork with you for you to sign it. Once we got back with the manager, that took an additional 30+ minutes. It may not have been so bad had we not had our 3 kids with us, but I think an hour and a half to two hours on paperwork is a little ridiculous. \r

Thankfully they do have a play room for the kids to go into, which did help a lot while we were trying to decide on a vehicle, but of course the kids got bored with that by the time we got to the paperwork.
