Stay away! Worst customer service ever. I had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday and asked for a general timeframe as to when the guys were going to show up and take a look at my yard. They refused to tell me and said that even if I wasn't there, they'd take a look at my yard and give me the estimate anyway. I was impressed that the crew could read my mind and would know exactly which branches I needed trimmed and which I didn't want them to touch. Nevertheless, I waited at home all day and they never showed. When I called the following week, the girl answering the phones made it seem as though it was my fault that they were down one estimator. Simply awful customer service. I hired another company and as fate would have it, Charlie's crew came to my house three days after my phone call as the other company was in the process of cleaning my yard.
