Review content:
This Cheap Charlie is not worth your time. I took off from work, and waited all day, and was told they would come for an estimate before 1pm. I called at that time when ""Charlie"" was nowhere to be found, and they asked me again what the estimate was for, and when they realized it was for a smaller job, they suggested I call someone else! Total waste of time, and would never call them for anything again.
