Delaunters was incredibly friendly and courteous when I first contacted them gave me complete detailed information and expectations. However, they were less pleasant when I changed the date of my move, ( I understand, but I would have faked my reaction) however John agreed to the date and confirmed. I called them the morning of the move to confirm again and ensure credit cards were okay. Great all set, wrong, they got lost and blamed my information, slightly offensive. They have yet to arrive, but I am prayerful that they will still be professional and courteous to us. Hoping I can finish this review as positively as many of the clients did. I cannot stress how friendly he seemed and hope this is just a weird situation that frustrated us both into being less than our best. \r

Update: EVERYTHING That was positive here, happened for me! Whew, they came upset, which is fine the situation sucked. But the second we started talking bussiness and needs John was WONDERFUL, he did the job in 2 hours flat, treated even my less than perfect furniture as it came off the Ethan Allen show room floor, the young man he brought with him, was so polite and friendly. My flustered fiance and I are smilling after a rough morning. We even additinally compensated them for their trouble, because they were so good. If he is willing to work with me again :) I would hire them.
