The most dreadful 'hair' experience I have ever received. Unfriendly atmosphere and you get the feeling they almost resent you. The stylist put color on my hair and then walked away to deal with another client who wished to buy shampoo.conditioner etc on a large scale. The stylist was much more interested in this client as she presumably gets commission and on the previous appointments spent a long time describing to me the special offers and 2for1 prices etc of these products After half an hour my head became irritated and painful. Mentioned this to another stylist who said not ready. End result..half my hair fell out and the rest looked like fake doll hair....had to go another stylist for a rescue job but 8weeks later my hair is in appauling condition Received no apology although received money back The name of the stylist was Haley\r
