Tom from Tom's Appliance did not bring the proper tools with him to diagnose the problem for our refrigerator stating that he doesn't use diagnostics so he would need to call the Manufacturer the next morning only after I insisted on a diagnostic, and that he would download the manual and he promised to call me the next day to schedule a follow up appt. I waited days for him to call so I finally called him back on the 5th day to have the answering service tell me that he would not be returning my call since he was not going to come back out. He did absolutely absolutely NOTHING to help, was RUDE and never followed through with anything. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM!! Looking back I actually recognized him from another service call over 10 years earlier and remembered saying back then I WOULD NEVER USE HIM AGAIN so some things never change!...
