Review content:
Date of service was 09/26/13. We had water in the basement and thought the main drain was clogged. The service tech came, and quickly spotted the plug to the pump was ajar. Our really dumb mistake, but unlike other service companies, he refused to charge us. Awesome customer service. We will always be a client.
