Review content:
After waiting three weeks for a headlight repair with no word I decided to call and make sure everything was okay. I was informed that my scooters part was ordered and should arrive within a few weeks. After waiting an additional THREE MONTHS with no calls or updates I went to speak to the manager in person. I was never given a single apology or an explanation other than, “that’s what happens with Chinese parts.” Magically the part appeared the following week after my complaint, yet still took another week to repair. Unfortunately, after sitting around their warehouse for months my bike no longer runs the same. Now thanks to their negligence I’ll be forced to pour more money into the bike after spending over two hundred dollars on this repair. Not only will I never return to this service department, I’ll tell everyone I know to do the same.
