Review content:
I've been a client at Great Expressions in Carillon for many years and the last several visits have been nothing but issues. The cleanings are always pleasant and the dentist is nice enough for the minute or two that I actually see her, but the front desk staff are unorganized, unprofessional, and none of them seem to know what they’re doing. I’ve been charged for simple cleanings that I shouldn’t have been charged for had they entered my insurance information properly. You’d think after providing them with it time after time (same insurance I’ve had for over a decade) they might get it right. As it turns out they had signed me up for their own Great Expressions insurance without my knowledge and charging me for services my true insurance would have covered. After dropping off my insurance information AGAIN, I get a call later that afternoon saying they can’t find it and asked that I bring it by again. To top it off, I got a call from the Great Expressions in Boston about a month ago letting me know I’d be charged for a visit I didn’t show up for. Why would I go to Boston to get my teeth cleaned? I live in St. Pete! Clearly I’m a glutton for punishment because I returned for an appointment recently thinking everything had finally been cleared up. After waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time my name is finally called, but only to tell me they’re working on my insurance now. Really?!! I let them know that wouldn’t be necessary because I wouldn’t be needing their services any longer.
