I worked with Mike Trainer at Block & Associates to find tenants for my town home. Mike was very thorough, offered great advice on the transition from my previous tenant to the new ones, and he always returned my calls/emails in a timely fashion. Mike helped me find a new tenant for my town home with 2 weeks of the previous tenant moving out. I highly recommend working with Mike Trainer and Block and Associates and will continue to do so in the future.
