I was referred to Joshua Furr/Block and Associates from one of my best friends, Benny and Gwen who told me Joshua was one of the most efficient, dedicated realtors they have ever worked with. Joshua had their home in Cary, NC on the market to be leased and their home was leased just shy of two weeks. Joshua is very professional, competent, thorough, honest, and compassionate and these are all traits you want or need your realtor to have. He is truly the best realtor I have ever worked with. He understands that your home is one of the biggest investments you'll have and understands that when you can't sell your home and it needs to be rented instead, he carefully screens the potential renter, looking for someone who is trustworthy and respects and cares for your home at the same level you have put into it. My home was leased within 7 days of him listing my home to be leased. I am very fortunate and lucky to have him as my realtor and cannot thank him enough for all he has done for me and continues to do for me.
