La comida at La Parrilla is second only to my mom and grandma's cooking. The fresh tortillas de maize (corn tortillas) and guacamole y salsa are so fresh and good, I could eat just those for dinner. Don't get me wrong, their whole menu is delicious. My personal favorite, is the molcajete with nopalitos and camarones, though their beef and chicken Molcajete is just as good. Their molcajete dishes are big enough for two people to share, it also makes it a great date food. The ambience is cozy and inviting. I would agree that both the Cesar Chavez and Wilshire locations aren't that great at accommodating groups of 10-12 or more. If you have a large party, I would call ahead and make sure they can properly serve you and your guests. Pros: Authentic Food, Service, Ambiance Cons: Limited Parking, Not Good For Groups
