Don't you just love when you pay online it posts a day later, I guess for more interest. Also, we were a payment ahead always, when it came time for payoff it was the day of the contract end date. I received a late payment because I did not pay that month. I was waiting for the contract end date, final payment (Payoff) that CARMAX provided. It was not worth the effort of trying to talk with them to try and get removed. \r
Actually bought second car from them. It broke down as soon as we got home. It would not start the next morning, We put amount 500+ miles on it, trying to get repaired. We will never buy from Carmax again! \r
Oh, and they kept telling us we should have bought the warranty!!
